Expert Reports
Vidal Construction, LLC provides expert construction consulting services for litigation support, complex construction disputes, and high-value property loss claims. We deliver detailed analyses, accurate reporting, and defensible documentation for insurance claims, legal proceedings, mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Our reports range from concise, single-page opinions to comprehensive reports exceeding 150 pages that thoroughly analyze the alleged damages, construction issues, repair methodology, and associated costs. We evaluate plaintiff documentation, expert reports, project records, and construction evidence to provide independent assessments and realistic repair cost estimates, regardless of causation or insurance coverage.
Unlike consultants who only prepare estimates, Vidal Construction, LLC also has the expertise and capability to perform the recommended repairs when retained. Our hands-on construction experience ensures our opinions are practical, accurate, and grounded in real-world construction practices.
